Introducing Keno

Keno is a game you will know about or you don’t. It’s typically deemed as a lotto in the casino. Like the lotto, the game consists of numbers being selected. The challenge is to select the numbers that will be drawn. The game of Keno can be either fast or leisurely depending on the casino. By gambling on Keno on the internet you can control the pace of the game. Personally, I like live keno. You sit in a lounge, if you like, and play. Keno is a game that you don’t need to be in the lounge to play and be a winner. For example, you can purchase a ticket for twenty games and then head off to gamble on another game in the casino or even your hotel room if you’re staying at the casino.

Keno Board

The game is played on a board. The Keno game board is made up of eighty total numbers – numbered 1 to eighty. The first forty are called the top half and the second forty are referred to as the bottom portion.

Playing Keno

Each game of Keno goes the same. The round commences, and twenty numbers are selected. The casino may be utilizing the ball system. Ping pong style balls are sucked up and picked, just like the lottery on TV. Other casinos utilize computers. If a number you picked is selected, that is referred to as a "hit." When all twenty numbers have been picked, the game ends and winning tickets are paid-out.

There is a fair amount of diversity in the game of Keno. For instance, you may select just one number, two numbers and so on up to twenty numbers. Usually, you have to hit most of your numbers to come away with anything. For instance, if you select 6 numbers, you will usually need to hit three to earn your money back.

Keno Pay outs

The payouts in Keno are pretty good. The probability of coming away with a win is based on the total numbers picked. For instance, if you select two numbers, you will have a 6% chance of hitting your ticket. Every casino has their own payouts. If you are playing on the internet, be sure you shop around for the greatest pay outs first.
